Back when the European release date for Mario Galaxy fell out of Leipzig, a cover was shown that did not meet expectations. The font and background were OK, but Mario was on his back, possibly breakdancing, possibly…propositioning. It was awkward. Thankfully it wasn’t the final box art. This is. At least it is for the US.
