See Somebody Create An NXE Avatar
11:20PM Luke Plunkett | We’ve read about how to create an Xbox 360 avatar. Thanks Mike! Now it’s time to see how you create an Xbox 360 avatar. Still think they look, as a whole, kinda goofy, but the gamerpic photo booth thing looks surprisingly neat. More »Beyonce’s Must Haves: PSP, Xbox
11:00PM Brian Ashcraft | Demanding famous people are nothing out of left field — it’s what celebs do, they demand stuff like bowls of green M&Ms and Evian baths. Singer Beyonce is no different, apparently. She had a whole laundry list of demands that needed to be signed off on before she would agree to fly to Monaco for the World Music Awards, held over the weekend. Supposedly, the diva wanted 14 seats (two for herself) on a private jet, an Xbox (360, we assume), a PSP, a jacuzzi and a pizza. But hey, no biggie! If we were divas, we’d ask for 14 seats on two private jets: 13 window seats on one plane and 1 middle seat on the other. You know, just to mess with people all diva-like. Meow. More »

Broken Fallout 3 Dojo: Fallout 3 Still Broken
10:30PM Luke Plunkett | Been sitting on this for a few days, just in case Bethesda managed to get their act together since Fahey’s post, but the number of users affected and time that’s passed is getting a little much. Seems Fallout 3 is still broken. It’s broken on PS3, it’s broken on 360, it’s especially broken on PC. The console versions are still crashing and freezing and corrupting in various spots, while the PC version…well, where do we start. More »The Difference Between PS2 And PS3 Naruto
10:00PM Brian Ashcraft | Know why PS3 title Naruto: Ultimate Ninja Storm from developer CyberConnect2 looks better? More polygons, more better, that’s why. Let’s put things in perspective: The Naruto character model that appeared in PS2 games was made of just 3,723 polygons. However! The Ultimate Ninja Storm Naruto is made of 16,927 polygons — his head alone is created from more polygons than the entire PS2 Naruto character. Ultimate, indeed. More »The Gears Of War 2 Xbox 360
9:30PM Luke Plunkett | Unlike the Halo 3 Xbox 360, you will not be able to buy this limited edition, Gears of War 2-themed console (click through for a bigger pic). Then again, unlike the Halo 3 Xbox 360, this one might actually be worth buying. Only a handful have been made, most/all of them for promo purposes, and since you won’t be able to buy one, and probably won’t ever see/win one, you may as well get your fill from these pics. More »
This Is What A White Knight Chronciles Ad Looks Like
9:00PM Brian Ashcraft | The White Knight Chronicles publicity machine has kicked into gear here in Japan. The above ad not only shows off the game’s RPG heroics, but character customisation. Nothing new for gaming, but still neat to see as a selling people for a TV ad. The Level-5 developed PS3 exclusive is out Christmas Day in Japan. The question remains: Will it move consoles?Halo Wars Action Figures Are Real-Time Posable
8:30PM Luke Plunkett | New Halo game on the horizon? Better get McFarlane on the case, get some small, plastic action figures churned out. Oh, what’s that? McFarlane’s already on the case? How unexpected. These figures may have been announced in September, but today, here’s your first good look at them. They’re coming smaller (at 2.5″) than the standard Halo figures, and in packs of three, and all colour-coded, because Halo Wars is an RTS, get it? Expect them in March 2009. Each game is priced at ¥2,940 ($50) and will be out next January. More »Watch 15 Minutes of Left 4 Dead
7:00PM Brian Ashcraft | Here ya go, 15 minutes of direct feed Left 4 Dead footage. If this doesn’t spark your interest, then we really don’t know what will. Perhaps Left 4 Dead paper hats and party streamers? Perhaps. More »
