Chiaki Kuriyama, Kill Bill‘s Gogo Yubari, will be appearing in Japanese TV ads for the Xbox 360 version of upcoming survival horror title Resident Evil 5.
“I’ve played Resident Evil before,” says Kuriyama, “and I can’t wait for the upcoming entry in the series. I played it a little before we started filming the commercial, and because the graphics are so good, I’d forget it was a game!”
The actress will be joined by actor Yoichi Nukumizu in the TV spots. Kuriyama adds, “I hope that we’re able to fully convey the game’s appeal to everyone.”
