Midnight Club DLC Delayed, Frustration Soothed By ‘64 Impala

The South Central downloadable content for Rockstar’s Midnight Club: Los Angeles may have slipped a week, but the 1964 Chevy Impala is here to provide much-needed comfort.

While the free South Central expansion for Midnight Club: Los Angeles contains the maps, the South Central Premium Upgrade is where the good stuff is, with new missions, races, battle maps, and 9 new cars, one of which is the 1964 Chevy Impala, seen strutting its stuff in the clip above. I’m of the opinion that it is still one of the finest cars ever made, and countless West Coast rap groups over the past couple of decades agree with me, so it’s probably best not to argue.

So yes, the downloadable content will now be available on the 19th instead of the 12th as promised, but the ‘64 Impala feels our pain.
