    Hi Brian, the gent that created this impressive confection is Steve Barela. He owns Child’s Pastry Shop, decorates the most amazing creations and in your case, even delivered!
    Duff has nothing on this guy……i think they should arm wrestle for best cake artist in North America, my money would be on Steve. Glad you liked the cake!
