well they changed the design of all the costumes to try to make them look more realistic. its not too bad. wish he had looked like that in Wolverine Origins.

Excellent! I enjoyed the 1st one despite it's inconsistancy in animation between movies and game play. I hated how drastically different the characters looked between gameplay and cut scenes.

For years Deadpool has been one of my favorite characters, and I'm glad he's finally getting the recognition I think he deserves. Now, let's see a video of him actually TALKING, and I'll be completely convinced they've nailed him.

In the first game i leveled him and used his teleport ability for sequence breaking.
I skipped a ton of puzzles that way.

i am glad deadpool is in it. i became a fan when he first appeared in new mutants #93 i think? i know its in the 90's issue when horrid penciler rob leifield was doing new mutants/x-force. anyways wahts up with his design.it looks a little off from the comics.like his mask.it has a little extra cloth on the top,makes him look like a turnip.and he never wore black combat boots!am i wrong or maybe i missed some issues with this getup?and whats that silver plate buckle on his chest?dont remember that either.anyhow,bottom line deadpool is in it and he does indeed rock. now the merc with the mouth needs some classic snip lines he usually does(i mean c'mon,thats what makes deadpool unique right?)then its all good.

@Akua: My roommate played Hawkeye, and kept killing people off screen before we could get to them with that move where he shoots straight up into the air and kills whoever he wants to. It was kind of annoying.

@Akua: Not really. Deadpool had the capability of becoming one of the most powerhouse of them all if you leveled him up decently. He was my go-to guy for boss fights that would toast most of the others.

@Dead Giveaway: No, but what I *really* want is a movie crossover where Deadpool and Wolverine have to save the Halle Berry Storm after she is captured by the Blob... and the Blob has her dressed in a metal bikini and lounging near his chair in a desert themed lair.

This game looks really stiff and slow, I hope they are just showing it in slow motion and that's not the pace of the game. Slow motion gets old in games quick. I can't tell you how many times I've wanted to speed up the deathcam in Fallout 3.

I wasn't a Deadpool fan either until I went out of my way to track down the series Joe Kelly did in the 90s. Actual funny dialogue ... spouted by an arrogant, self-serving anarchist ... who blows things up and cuts things in half ... and who is fully aware that he is a comicbook character? Deadpool single handedly broke down the wall that stopped me from checking out American Superhero comics in the first place. I had a stereotypical view that all superhero comics were the same however his comics showed me that there's certainly more to them than i first thought. Through Deadpool i've now learnt more about other superheroes and i find some of them to be really well written characters.

Deadpool kicks much arse, there's no two ways about it.

DeadPool was the character that got me into American comics in the first place. Why, if it wasn't for him i would still have a stereotypical view of the whole 'superhero' genre, so he broke that wall down for me. I hear DeadPool is good at breaking walls, lol.

Now, i've never been more interested in SuperHeroes. And this game has my attention.
