NRL And AFL Games Coming To PSP

Kotaku AU

rugby-league-oldSony has revealed the PlayStation Portable will be the exclusive home of the NRL and AFL this season, with games based on both sports coming to the handheld in July.

Sony dropped the news at a PlayStation press event in Sydney earlier tonight, boasting that previous editions of their own Aussie Rules series and the various Rugby League games over the years had sold “hundreds of thousands” of copies. A remarkable sales feat considering how limited their appeal is beyond our shores.

We’ll have more details on both games soon.
