Beyond Good & Evil 2 Coming To Xbox 360?
There’s a list of games in the Xbox 360 calendar section of the Xbox Australia website. It contains something odd.
Under a section headed “Also coming to Xbox 360″, the site lists the following:
* Aliens: Colonial Marines
* Batman: Arkham Asylum
* Beyond Good and Evil 2
* Bioshock 2
* Borderlands
* Brutal Legend
Wait! What?
Beyond Good & Evil 2?
Ubisoft has been coy on the topic of whether of not the sequel has even been announced, despite a very telling yet untitled teaser and some suspicious-looking leaked footage. So seeing it listed on the official Xbox Australia website is very strange.
We asked Ubisoft about it and they said it was a mistake. Hmm…

Isn’t that the Aliens game that was cancelled?
Nope. Sega’s Aliens: Colonial Marines is still very much in development at Gearbox and is set for release early next year. The Obsidian RPG is the one in development limbo.

That is assuming that it’s not a purposeful viralesque campaign… which it is. If you want everyone to know about it, don’t tell anyone about it, just let them know it exists.
