British Sales Charts: If There’s Something Strange…

For the week ending June 20, The Sims 3 remained atop the British sales charts. No surprises there. But at #4? There’s something interesting. Ghostbusters. On PS3.

It’s interesting because when a multiplatform game launches in the UK, the 360 version anecdotally charts around at number 2-4, while the PS3 version charts 6-10. If the PS3 version of Ghostbusters got all the way up to #4, imagine where the 360 and Wii versions would be if things hadn’t got all messy.
