After a few weeks worth of shrinking sales, the Japanese hardware market saw signs of improvement, as almost every platform saw increases. Minor increases, mind you, but a positive trend upward nonetheless.
The only platform not to improve was the Xbox 360, which doesn’t currently have a game in the Media Create top fifty sales chart. Thanks to strong sales on Nintendo’s Tomodachi Collection and Capcom’s Fate/Unlimited Codes Portable, the Nintendo DS and PSP got a little shot in the arm.
For a bit of good news, thanks to this week’s Japanese hardware chart, read on for the numbers.

But it is still hanging on. My a large thread that is.
Report PermalinkIt was above the DS Lite which it doesn’t always do. Is onlt 4,000 behind the PS3, in JAPAN! and the Wii only tripled it, which doesnt sound good, looking at numbers make it look a bit better.

Triple, double…. it doesn’t make a difference because the lower your numbers are the easier it is to double. So by comparison 4000 is actually quite significant.
