Anyone pre-ordering Pokémon: Heart Gold or Soul Silver? Good news — pre-orders start July 4th, and there are pre-order goodies.
In Japan, those pre-ordering Heart Gold will get a Ho-Oh figure, and those pre-odering Soul Silver will get a Lugia. Pre-order both, and you’ll get a Arceus figure.
Heart Gold and Soul Silver are DS remakes of Pokémon Gold/Silver and are slated for release this fall.
The games are bundled with a pedometer. Pricing is still TBA.

Monday, July 6, 2009 at 4:45 AMIt doesn’t surprise me that you’re unfamiliar with Arceus – it’s barely mentioned in Diamond/Pearl/Platinum, if at all. Arceus is the Mew of Generation 4 – it can only (legitimately) be obtained from Nintendo-sponsored events. It’s been given away once so far in Japan IIRC.
