Relax! Modern Warfare 2 Won’t Have Multiplayer Fee

According to an Activision survey, a paid Call of Duty service would “enhance the multiplayer experience and provide exclusive access to a group of gameplay enhancements”.

Those enhancements include things like early access to betas and expansions, exclusive character skins, exclusive game modes, better stat tracking as well as competitive play support.

Does that mean we’ll have to pay a fee for Modern Warefare 2? The game’s developer, Infinity Ward, states, “This rumour has absolutely nothing to do with Infinity Ward or our games, including Modern Warfare 2. We would never introduce such a system for Modern Warfare 2 so don’t worry.”

Phew. Okay then, we’ll just worry about the other CoD developer, Treyarch, putting a paid service in its next Call of Duty.

Well i’ve only ever played World at War by Treyarch & i believe it plays smoother than Modern Warfare. Running, melee etc.. i find better.

However i do prefer Modern Warfare in general. Treyarch did an awesome job that i believe IW are jealous of with World at War.

It’s just stupid fanboys dissing Treyarch really. It’s all jealousy yet they still play the games so they should STFU. Besides its IW fault for selling there rights to Activision if thats what happened, get over it. It’s business and whos to say IW wouldn’t be milking a new game every year. They were nothing until Modern Warfare really.

Anyway paid service, no thanks. Not when Aussie Gamers online get it unfair. Once that problem is fixed, then maybe!

Treyarch did a good job…. because they just did everything IW had already done. They even ripped the final mission from the first COD. And while it was a good game (Nazi Zombies was a lot of fun), MW was a bit better.
