I hope this comes out for the PS3 on PSN.

I wouldn't compare it to Braid. It's pretty much a copy of the Chronotron concept. It's an awesome flash game. Look it up.

Yes, this was used in Braid, but only in one of the worlds. It's not a bad thing that this game is elaborating on it.

@Lion: I dunno, I think I prefer RePlay. For some reason Echochrono just doesn't jive well with me, my brain hiccups halfway through reading it.

And this is coming from a huge fantasy book fan, so I'm used to extremely long retarded names.

Maybe it's just because I keep trying to read it as Echochrome.

@TheOriginalEd: There already has been a sequel to chrono trigger...for the playstation-Chrono Cross...I can't remember if it was a direct sequel, but I do remember them being linked in some way

Seems very Braid-like (not that that's a bad thing), both from the time-repeating gameplay (which was the mechanic of one of the Braid worlds, I forget which) and the lovely soundtrack.

I'd really like to thrash on them for ripping off Braid, but it really is a logical step to take from echochrome...Damn that PSP Go is tempting.

echochrono is a much better name than what it's called in the PAL store... "RePlay" (also listed as a working title there)

They already had Timeslip on the Net Yaroze years ago..

I'll definitely get this - loved the way Echochrome hurt my brain and this looks like it turns Echochrome up to 11.

@indyit just wants exams to end.: Yeah theres a flash game with this, except your mouse is the "past" You have to try and reach the top floor by using your past mouse movements to help your current one. Pretty cool.

The 'new' PS3 logo has been used for over 3 months now on vids and is the same script you see on the side of your PS3 game boxes SINCE DAY ONE.

It also looks NOTHING like the supposed PS3 Slim photos logo...at all.

@ShadowOdin finally got a copy of Suikoden III. Is upset wit...: My heart skips a beat whenever I see the word "Chrono" in a videogame title. That's all.

But in a good way. I think it is still an intinuitive way of playing, and this is the second title for PSP that use it. The other is a ninja-game that focus on both problemsolving and action. I found videos of that on the Japanese PSN

These games could be real treats, thought I don't think they should go for full retail-price.

I didn't quite get what you are supposed to do in the game but I guess the goal is get from point a to point b in each level, right?
