A Better Look At LBP’s Ghostbusters Costumes, Sticker Pack

INSTANT BUY. My son is VERY into Ghostbusters lately and LBP adding this is just the thing. They're great costumes.

I'll be real interested to see what this spurs the LBP community into doing.

I was really, really hoping for a level pack to accompany this. I'm pretty much a sucker for anything Ghostbusters, but I'm going to have a hard time rationalizing this if it's just cosmetic.

@Z33RO: I actually found myself pretty disappointed. I love shadow of the colossus, and i felt like a lot was missing from the costumes.

Christ. I've been the biggest proponent of this game since it came out -- it is, to me, one of the best games not only of this generation, but of all time. It is, in essence, an amazing platforming, plus the design tools to create new, innovative platforming (and other) adventures, and offers some semblance of cloud gaming.

But I cannot for the life of me figure out why Mm has released a single, minuscule level pack since it came out. I understand that there are lots of user levels available online (including my own), but I thought the whole idea was to drop periodic level packs for us gamers. So far, the offerings have been paltry.

Level packs and costumes are cute, sure, but enough is enough. GIVE US LEVELS DAMMIT.

They can add as many costumes as they want, I'm still not paying for them. You pretty much can't find a bigger waste of money. Especially when MM never EVER adds any real game to the game. Where is the multi-level Ghostbusters pack? New tools? ANYTHING? Sure they've tossed out some bones to us, but it's rare and nowhere near enough.

Nice costumes, and while LBP is a fantastic game, there is no way I would ever pay money for fake clothes for a game character. That is just demented.

It's a decent looking pack, shame they haven't made any more level related stuff since Metal Gear though, some Mm GhostBusters levels would be rather sick lol.

I'm sick of sackboys. Originally they were really cool, now they're being made for everything and anything. Just boring now.

I think They've just made one suit and some different hair so you can choose which Ghostbuster you want to make. Those glasses Egon's wearing in the Japanese picture are included in the game.

@PicknFlick: Nowhere. None of them are there (if that were Egon he'd have glasses). They've not done separate characters. Just the costume and, I'm guessing, that hairstyle which is for Egon.

That is a strange, warped Ghostbusters logo in the middle there. Wouldn't most people prefer the regular Ghostbusters logo? I know I would.

Apparently he opted out of the game as he's retired from acting, shame really. If you look around the HQ on the game you can find Luis Tully's costume hanging up with a note by it saying that he went home sick.

I could use some of them stickers for the level I am working on, but as usual these costume/sticker packs are overpriced. Only DLC I have ever bought is the MGS pack...Though I am considering the monster pack as well.

These are great! The 3rd one looks like an anti white supremacist though. I'll get them anyway.

@sentroshi: They take some getting used to, but I think you can compensate for the wonky jumps with good (sometimes perfect) timing.

I should warn you: you'll pull your hair out trying to ace every level - the floaty .7g jumps make things very perilous.
