"Nearly every single one of us owns an iPhone." just for shits and giggles, I'd be really excited to know approx. what percentage of Kotaku visitors own an iPhone. So many "I don't own an iPhone" and "I'd buy an iPhone for this"'s up there.

Definitely should be a version of this for the PSP.

@Gantz: Your Trusted Friend in Science.: Had to get the dual shock... I even had the original analog controller that had the two analog modes with the green/led light. It was quite a bit bigger and felt better for certain games. Concave hard plastic thumbsticks. But no shock though.

If it won't fit, get an Easyi case off of Amazon, they are very cheap, and very cool (I just got one last week, and it's brilliant). When you close it, it makes a satisfying snap too, which I love :P

It was truly brilliant and ahead of its time.
The original controller still looks better than ALL of today's controllers, INCLUDING Dualshock, Sixaxis etc..

Premium price? not really. I was loking for a good iphone case yesterday and most if them were >20 euros.
And they weren't nearly as adorable as this. I'd get it, without the controller though.

I got iPod Touch but I see no need for this. Really. I'm as much of a nerd as everyone else here but anything making me have to open a case and pull out the device makes things annoying, I need instant access and gratification!

Why aren't the using slightly gray white? it looks like a dirty, nerd residue covered PSone rather than than nice whitish ones we remember.

I don't know if I want to disgrace the memory of the psx by having it used as a cover/shield for the iphone.

Even not owning an iPhone, I'd say it's worth buying that little controller. It looks great for throwing at people's heads when trying to make a point.
