Can you guess this old game from just one screenshot?

The Intellivision? damn, I figured it was too advanced for an Atari 2600/7800 and was thinking along the lines of the C64 but couldn’t think of anything I’ve ever seen/played that resembled that.
Released in 1983 – wow, how far we have come, graphics wise, but it is amazing how game mechanics haven’t fundamentally changed to anywhere near the same extent.
