I got turned on to the PC version a while ago. If you've never played this game you are going to love it and hate it all at the same time. The hardest most frustrating game you will ever play that you will never be able to put down.

Trials 2 is one of the best games available on PC. I've spent dozens of hours on it. Anyone who only has an Xbox should pick this up from XBLA.

Trial games are a guilty pleasure of mine, so this Is probably an instant buy

@Tannrar: I'm also a huge fan of Trials 2 Second Edition. Such a huge amount of skill is needed to complete the harder tracks (and even the medium ones without crashing) and it's one of the most satisfying things i've done in gaming to complete the ultra hard ones they added in a patch.

@Ricardo Freitas: Yeah the PC one has no explosions, glass, or massive falling containers that catapult you into the air. The actual balance based gameplay however looks identical.

If the Pink Panther films taught us nothing else, they taught us that all clips involving injuries and screaming are exponentially funnier when played in slow motion!

@imikedaman: Maybe playing the game on a controller feels different, but playing this on my keyboard on the PC version wasn't the greatest. And I'm not even trying to complain about the controls, I just didn't really buy into the gameplay itself.
This trailer advertises the flaw in the game. Which is, yes, it's fun to play the game and suck horribly at it and watch your ragdoll a few times, then 20 minutes later you realize the game is brutally hard and not even that rewarding when you do complete the tracks. And at this time you also realize that you're absolutely terrible at doing anything but crashing your bike.

I'm not saying it's a bad game, but I definitely don't see what anybody is talking about when they say it's addictive. It's certainly challenging, but I just don't actually feel any compulsion to "just try to beat this next level and OH CRAP how is it 4 AM?"
It was the easiest game to put down in my life.

If anybody isn't sure what kind of game this is, go to miniclip and search for trials. This is a fancy cool looking version of that game. Give it a play and see if it is something you would like.

I always thought HEXIC HD meant HEXIC on your Hard Drive.

I was skeptic the first time I heard about an "HD" version of trials but this totally changes my mind.

With the level editor and ability to share levels is gonna make this game so addictive

SNES had all "super" games, seriously, look at the list on Wikipedia under 'S'. N64 had all "[title] 64" games Mario, Donkey Kong, Excite Bike, etc. only breaking for Clay Fighters 63 1/3.

I got a chance to play this game and it's awesome. It's very addictive. It's hard to put down the controller.

This trailer clearly failed at conveying what the game is about. It's a 2D stunt bike game and has almost nothing in common with Pain on the PSN.

Unlike Pain, however, it looks fun to play. The destructibility of the environment is also nice.

I wonder why so many Xbox Live Arcade games have the words HD on them. I mean it's as annoying as those Wii titles that all end in the word Wii. Aren't all Arcade games supposed to be HD anyway?
