Amazon Germany Lists 250GB Xbox 360
Online retail listings are largely a joke. A place where the hopes and dreams of unicorns are place. Online retail listings on Amazon Germany, however, are something else altogether.
In late July, Amazon Germany leaked listed a “PlayStation 3 Konsole slim”. We got a PS3 Slim. Maybe this was a lucky guess, but Amazon Germany was correct.
This time the Fatherland’s Amazon site, there is a 250 GB Xbox 360 Elite bundled with two wireless controllers and Forza Motorsport 3. All yours for €279.99 (AU$480). The biggest HDD Microsoft is currently selling for the Xbox 360 is 120GB.
There has been no official of such a bundle from Microsoft. Maybe this is another lucky guess. Maybe Amazon Germany is correct. Again.
We are following up with Microsoft.

MS will only announce when SONY announce a 250GB Slim. Otherwise they will have the most expensive console out of a particular range.
Then they will release this 250GB if true but match Sony’s price or even cheaper. AND if this is correct with the 2 wireless and all, don’t expect it to be anywhere near $480 AUS. Definitely $499 or more.
$480 is only $31 more than what the 120GB is going to be. And with an extra controller plus a game, then yeah right! Thats like, in retail RRP, $99 AUS for Forza 3 plus RRP, $69-79 for the controller.
I dun think so!
this makes sense. if they’re getting rid of the 60 gig then make 120 gig standard, introducing a new higher level console would be smart for microsoft to do
Cool.
I wouldn’t mind a new HDD. My 120 gig is starting to fill up.
