Ah, kids’ morning television. This is a clip from the show Gokujyou!! Mecha Mote Iinchou (Top Quality! Super Popular Committee Chair), and about one minute in there’s a plug for a Konami DS based on the anime.
Girls can paint nails and do virtual make-up. The show, like most kids’ shows, is wall-to-wall adverts. Though, what makes it interesting is that it’s not only girl-geared stuff.
Other episodes have males Mecha Mote characters pitch things like Beyblade spinning tops.
