Is There A 250GB PS3 Slim As Well?

The PS3 Slim has been announced, and it’s coming in one size: 120GB. Well, it is at the moment, anyway. We could soon be seeing a 250GB model.

A couple of FCC reports dating back to May has revealed that when submitting the console for testing, Sony provided four units: the vanilla 120GB retail machine, two variants of a 120GB dev kit model, and a 250GB retail unit.

Interesting. Haven’t heard squat about this 250GB model. A pricier, grander model for the holiday season, perhaps? Something to be unveiled during Sony’s TGS press conference? Who knows. We’ve reached out to Sony for comment, and will update if we hear back.
