Capcom Assembles Super Team For PSP Role-Playing Game

Last Ranker is an upcoming PSP game from Osaka-based developer Capcom. And boy, has Capcom ever assembled a team of talent for this title.

The game’s scenario is being penned by Kazushige Nojima co-wrote Final Fantasy VII and scribed Final Fantasy X. Famed game composer Yoko Shimomura (Street Fighter II, Parasite Eve and the upcoming Final Fantasy Versus XIII). Devil May Cry 4 character designer Tatsuya Yoshikawa will be handling the title’s character designs.

The title is being produced by Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney producer Kazuya Niinou.

Developed by Image Epoch, the game follows Zig who is out to become the number one ranked fighter in this real-time action role-playing-game. Expect more details at next week’s Tokyo Game Show.
