It’s certainly a reasonable assumption for us to make that she was consulted by Activision, considering that she is in control of the estate (as I understand things), and if that’s not the case then a court will prove it. But for all we know, she WAS consulted, but didn’t understand the ramifications and now wants to distance herself from the negative fan fallout of it all.
