Frank West Vs Tatsunoko Vs Capcom

Confirming some sloppy code work from Capcom earlier in the month, it’s been revealed at TGS today that Dead Rising’s Frank West will appear as a playable character in Tatsunoko vs Capcom Ultimate All-Stars.

    For some reason he doesn’t really look like Frank West.

    Also why didn’t they add Nathan Spencer from Bionic Commando?
