Running from left to right is a staple of the platformer genre. In most cases, however, the platform you’ve just run across doesn’t simply disintegrate.

Cave Chaos has your unnamed furry avatar running to the cave’s exit many screens to the right. There are gaps to leap across, crates and barrels to jump over and walls to scale. The catch is the platform you’re running on falls away moments after you’ve touched it, meaning there’s no time to catch your breath, let alone think about turning back.

Oh, and that screen up there is the very start of the game. You’ll be seeing it a lot. Trust me.
