Shadowcaster – great game, kind of a puzzle, rpg, fps.

Your character could shape change into different creatures with different abilities.

Yeah, folks can give up looking for what it is now ’cause it’s Shadowcaster (Not that they will :P)

One of the few Origin games of the period that I didn’t ever play and it’s still recognizable to me for that reason.

No, its not eye of the beholder, but not sure what game it is myself. Never really got into these RPG style games.

One thing that make me wonder about it… you come across something with teeth as big as that… and you try to slap it!!! I would probably opt for run.. but everyone to their own i guess!!

Any game that gives you the option of slapping a nasty monster like that gets an A+ in my books.

Going on a tangent, I loved Serious Sam; it had the strongest melee weapon ever, and it was so satisfying taking down a huge bull by repeatedly side-stepping its charge and slashing it with a knife until it died. Now if only someone would skin Sam’s knife and turn it into an open hand instead…

        Ding!

That was a game? I thought that was his occupation.
