My vote goes to Dragon Wars.
Total War: Rome?
looks like one of the Bards Tales. Can’t remember which one. But Pikemen were definitely one of the enemies.
Looks like a Bard’s Tale of some kind .. definitely not the third one though.
Slackarse is right, it is the Amiga version of Dragon Wars.
