The Black Panther is a title held by the ruler of Wakanda and chieftain of the Wakandan Panther Clan. As the Black Panther, T’Challa is allowed to eat a special heart-shaped herb that strengthens his link to the Wakandan panther god, granting him acute senses and enhanced speed, strength and stamina, which probably comes in handy when you’re married to a weather-controlling X-Man.
If you’ve been playing Storm in Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2 and noticed her tapping her foot and checking her watch, this is probably the reason. T’Challa is going to have some explaining to do. Poor guy.
