It's a pity the game is terrible on PC due to sluggish mouse controls, and as you said in your previous "Hindsight" "But no one who clasps a controller would consider a game with wretched controls worthy of a top award. (Right?)"

Hmm.

I was surprised by Modern Warfare 2.
Surprised I finished the campaign in one night (five hours).
Then I was surprised the menu said Ive only completed 50%. What, does finding the hidden things account for the other 50%?

Then I was surprised by the completely different multiplayer game compared to what was promised. Bad connections.

Does a developer promising one thing then delivering something else (less) count as being surprised by a game?
