Dammit, we want you to tell us stuff! Stuff like your secret gaming shame.
This isn’t some marketing survey or whatever. It’s an emotional investment in you. Yes, we’re interesting in knowing you, Kotaku reader person. You probably know enough about us — more than you even want to, we’re sure. But, hey, we’d like to know about you, too.
Anyway, here’s today’s question…
No one can play every game. No one has the time. But what one game fills you with the most shame to admit that you’ve never played? Not even once.
Me? I suspect my gamer credentials could be drawn into question with the admission I’ve never played World of Warcraft. I’ve seen other people play it – my housemate plays it all the time – but I’ve never once myself ventured into the MMO world of Azeroth. I feel OK about that, though. The years it apparently takes to get anywhere in WoW are surely better served playing, you know, all the other games out there.

Yeah never played WoW here either but I don’t care about that one. Sort of proud actually.

Friday, November 20, 2009 at 6:50 PMNot so much something that I’ve never played, as something that I did play and enjoyed. I loved Zelda II – The Adventure of Link more than all the other Zelda games.

Friday, November 20, 2009 at 11:33 PMI think the whole Final Fantasy series is gay. The men look like women, and everything is so camp and… I dunno… shitty.
WoW and any MMPORPG I’ve never played and think are retarded.

What crock, you’re just not trying hard enough or going slow enough. I’m still on PS2 games!
Probably my only shame lies in some PS1 game since the n64 took my attention for that period. SNES was saved by emulators for me. I’m probably just ashamed for some early pc titles that I didn’t get to play since my dad was like “no violent games!” and then when I got out of that it was too late the better shinier games were out.
