The first downloadable content for Call of Duty: Black Ops has been revealed. It’ll go on sale on the Xbox 360 on February 1 and cost $US15.

Back in 2009, Namco Bandai construction a life-sized Gundam statue to commemorate the anime’s anniversary, later moving it to (literally) look over its figure factory. There was another giant robot statue built in 2009, and it commemorates more than a cartoon.

Community Review: World of Warcraft: Cataclysm

I have a confession to make. It hangs heavy on my heart. I have never played World of Warcraft. When I kick off Community Reviews every Monday, I try to make it about a game I’ve at least spent a small amount of time with, but I wanted to make an exception. Partly because I know that Cataclysm has been the largest scale release over the last couple of weeks, but also because I’m interested in what you guys have to say about Blizzard’s latest expansion.

Honestly, I don’t know how I feel about this gift. On the one hand, I think it’s kinda funny. On the other hand, if my wife opened a parcel on christmas day and found these instead of an awesome pair of shoes? I don’t think I would ‘unlocking’ any ‘achievements’ for quite some time…


Review: X-Men

Konami’s X-Men couldn’t have arrived at a more nostalgic time for me. Released my freshman year, I stayed on campus until they kicked everyone out for Christmas break, and went flat broke playing X-Men at the Electric Company Mall in Raleigh.
