Ska Studios is better known for Xbox Live Arcade title The Dishwasher, but they’re no slouch at creating Xbox Indie Games either, having just surpassed 200,0000 sales for dual-stick shooter I MAED A GAM3 W1TH Z0MB1ES 1N IT!!!1.
As of the official announcement, I MAED A GAM3 W1TH Z0MB1ES 1N IT!!!1 sold 200,343 digital copies via the Xbox Indie Games program, which is nice, though quite frankly that number should be a lot higher. The game is filled with action, littered with power-ups, besieged by interesting enemies, and features one of the best video game soundtracks ever created. All that, and the game only costs one dollar. ONE DOLLAR. If your Xbox 360 had a couch, you could easily find that in the cushions.
Ska Studios is celebrating the milestone by giving away stickers and t-shirts via Twitter, which you can read all about at the link below. You should celebrate by spending a dollar.

Wednesday, March 3, 2010 at 12:31 PMI maybe wrong, but I do not think that iPhone apps have to be submitted to the ACB.
This is why we have inconsistency (beyond that already in our classification scheme). When maybe banned by the ACB any still get though on iPhone because it has to be submitted to Apple for evaluation.

Wednesday, March 3, 2010 at 11:04 AMCan we get some of these great indie games to the PSN any time soon?
Or Microsoft being sneeky and saying only for Xboxers to enjoy???

Wednesday, March 3, 2010 at 12:44 PMonly American Xbox owners…
And yep, as i think this is built using xbox software specifically designed for XBLA, no chance of them giving these away to PSN.

Wednesday, March 3, 2010 at 9:27 PMThat’s the name of it. I’ve been trying to remember the name of Crimsonland for a while now. Yeah it does look similar, but I’m sure there’s countless other games exactly like the both of them out there.
