Mega Man 10 Gets The Band Back Together — With Bass

Absent from Mega Man 9, Bass, Dr. Wily’s thumpin’ creation reunites with Mega Man and Proto Man as a playable character in Mega Man 10. Bass is available for download on all three consoles April 5.

Bass possesses the eponymous “Bass Buster” weapon that features a higher rate of fire and seven different firing directions, but lacks the ability to charge shots. Bass also is capable of shooting down enemy attacks. Pair him up with his robot dog Treble and he gains the ability to fly and shoot more powerful projectiles.

Bass is yours for two bucks – that’s 200 Wii Points, 160 Microsoft points, or $US1.99 on the PlayStation Network.
