Castlevania Finally Beaten By Man Using Dance Dance Revolution Pad

It has been done. The bounty of defeating NES classic Castlevania using nothing but a Dance Dance Revolution dance mat controller can finally be collected by one man, Nick Hagman, hot-stepping vampire slayer.

Hagman bested the Wii Virtual Console version of Konami’s original Castlevania using nothing more than a Dance Dance Revolution: Mario Mix controller and sheer will. It took 62 lives and more than four hours of gameplay, so be forgiving of Mr Hagman’s five minute long post Dracula defeat speech and intro.

If you’d like to see this man beat every level of Castlevania with a DDR pad, step your way over to his YouTube page.

One of the funniest things I ever did was play 4 player bomberman with 4 DDR mats. It was a mess.
