Crazy Taxi, Sonic, SNK Classics & Quake, Coming Soon To Xbox Live Arcade

If some screenshots are to be believed, a number of classic Dreamcast and PC titles are about to be released on Microsoft’s Xbox Live Arcade service for the 360.

The screens, captured by MasterChief over on the Digiex forums, reportedly show a number of pre-release screenshots for Xbox Live Arcade verisons of Crazy Taxi and Quake Arena (which has been coming for an eternity), while mention is also made of Sonic Adventure and a bunch of SNK games we already knew about, like King of Fighters 2002, Metal Slug XX and Battle Coliseum.

The presence of those already-announced-for-Japan games lends the list some credence, and while it’ll be nice to play one more round of Crazy Taxi, Quake Live might be the real winner of the bunch.

Hell yes Crrraazzy Taxi awesome, please put all three games in the one.

Another cult hit is Ooga Booga that needs to be updated 10 player online and redesigned menus.

Ooga Booga was very much like Bomberman in level of fun with a greater variety of things to do check it out.

I already own Quake Arena, Crazy Taxi and Sonic Adventure for Dreamcast, but if they are 800MSP or under I will consider it. Cant wait for Afterburner.

I’m not a really big fan of timed driving sections, or driving games in general. Driving games need something else besides cars to keep my attention, that’s why I loved burnout and some of the need for speeds.

Awesome, even if there is a sense of inevitability about the whole thing. After the fun I have had with Perfect Dark I’m veeery eager for Quake!

Yeah, if Quake is under say 800 points, and there’s some sort of advantage to playing it on 360 (updated graphics, campaign, etc) I’ll consider it. But otherwise, I don’t know what’s going to define it from Quake Live that’s already available and free.
