Red Dead Redemption: The Cartoon, From The Director Of The Road

John Hillcoat, director of The Road – and more importantly The Proposition – has helped developers Rockstar put together a 30-minute animated film based on Western adventure Red Dead Redemption, which will air next month.

Aside from the fact it will run on Fox on Saturday, May 15, we know nothing else of the project. It could be glorified machinima, but the game’s official website has lately been promoting some lovely pieces of stylised art, so a cartoon in that style seems more likely.
