PSP Yakuza Game Is Called…

Yakuza. Shocking, we know.

Actually, it is called “Ryu Ga Gotoku”, but that’s what all the Yakuza games are called in Japan. So, yeah, it’s still “Yakuza” for English speakers. The game has had a working title of “Project K”, but that has since been scrapped in favour of “Ryu Ga Gotoku Shinshou Kurohyou” or “Yakuza: New Chapter Black Panther”.

The game does not star previous Yakuza hero Kazuma Kiryu, but a new (and younger) character named Tatsuya Ukyo and his crazy hair. It will be out on September 22 in Japan and feature over 300 minutes of full voice recording.

I seriously doubt the electric boogaloo gang would be too intimidating. Unless it was break-dance battles, or we lived in bizarro world, or everyone had severe head trauma, you get the idea.
