Untangling The Games Of 2010 From The Games Of 2011

We’ve been hearing about all kinds of big, exciting games in the last few weeks, all seemingly on the horizon. But they’re not all coming out that soon. Let’s face reality and sort the 2010 games from the 2011s.

Some of the following 2011s are set to come out in early 2011. But they are still next year’s games. The top list is for games you will probably be able to play by Christmas. Hmm… Interesting to see L.A. Noire on the list. I haven’t seen much about it in recent months.

And I think you meant to say Gears Of War 3, rather than 2. But it OK, we know what your talking about ;)

Sweet, unless Batman or Diablo get kicked in early, only one more game I want for the rest of the year!

My wallet will thank me, and I’ll be able to finish the backlog!

It’s too bad they’re all going to be released in clumps… otherwise this is shaping up to be a pretty good 2010 / 2011.

I think by Red Faction 2 he means Red Faction: Armageddon. I really wish THQ would take the Red Faction franchise back to FPS. Playing Red Faction 2 multiplayer on the original Xbox is one of my greatest memories of the Xbox. It had the best maps, and everyone always fighting to get to the rail-gun made for some epic battles.
