Why So Blue, Tron: Evolution?

Everything’s blue in this world, except for the orange stuff. Propaganda Games shows off what it can do with a limited colour palette in this latest batch of screens from Tron: Evolution.

I like the colour blue. It can be light and airy, cold and detached, or deep and commanding, depending on the shade. Despite its versatility, I still imagine that the team at Propaganda Games working on Tron: Evolution must be completely sick of the colour by now. I bet fights broke out in the office over who got to handle the orange bits. We’re I in charge I would have rotated out team members on a weekly basis to work on Pirates of the Caribbean: Armada of the Damned, just to give them a splash of colour.

It’s still quite fetching, but then we only have to look at it for the duration of the game.

Tron: Evolution comes out on December 7 for the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, PC, PSP, Wii and DS.
