NSFW: Are Lara Croft Models Worth The Trouble?

There is a new Tomb Raider game. It’s an origin game, a chance to reboot not only the series, but the way it’s promoted.

According to reports, no more spokesmodels will be hired to promote the upcoming Tomb Raider, which stars a 21-year-old Croft.

This marks a break in how the 15-year-old series is promoted. While they are T&A marketing tactics, the real Laras are very much part of the franchise’s history.

There have been high points, and there have been low points. Keep in mind, that the models are an expense and that what they do ultimately reflects on the real Lara and the series.

But are the models worth it? Or are the developers right to move on?

Ashcraft, you’re married. with a kid.

Don’t you judge me for liking non-pixel created women in tight clothes posing for game pictures.

Don’t you try and make this out like it’s a good thing.

You may not need actual models, but plenty of us want them.

    GTFO.
