The roster for the eagerly anticipated fighting game Marvel Vs Capcom 2 expands today with a pair of warrior women representing both sides of the conflict: Storm and Crimson Viper.
The X-Men’s Storm has been a staple in Capcom’s Marvel games from day one, bringing her weather controlling powers to bear on Capcom’s best ever since X-Men Vs Street Fighter. Crimson Viper, on the other hand, is a relatively new addition to Capcom’s stable of characters, making her first appearance in Street Fighter IV last year.
With the addition of two more female characters my hopes for a Squirrel Girl reveal dwindle. Oh well, there’s always downloadable content, right?
Marvel Vs Capcom 2: Fate of Two Worlds hits stores on February 15. Thanks Eric for pointing us towards the vids!

Samples of each character’s tracks (excluding C.Viper, Storm, Jill and Shuma-Gorath) can be found here: http://www.eventhubs.com/news/2010/oct/22/character-themes-marvel-vs-capcom-3/
