Last summer, Nintendo admitted that the 3DS was a tricky sell – especially in an age when 2D televisions still dominate.
But even the “ooh ooh ooh” stylings of Arashi can’t drum up excitement in these spots. Nintendo’s initial promotional reels, complete with puppies and fire-breathing, for the 3DS were oodles more fun than these latest ventures. Puppies and fire are always more fun than dudes making o-faces. Always.
The 3DS will be released in Japan on February 26. Ooh ooh ooh.
