The Duke Nukem Forever Balls of Steel Edition for the Xbox 360, PC, and PlayStation 3 is a $US99 (according to GameStop) box filled with enough swag to keep even the most hardcore Duke Nukem fan happy for another 14 years.
The Duke Nukem bust alone is worth the price. Having that loveable mug staring down at you 24/7 will keep Duke in your thoughts even if he slips into another decade and a half of development hell.
Along with the bust fans will score a collectible comic book, paper craft, postcards, a 100-page hardcover history book; you know what? Here’s a list.
- Collectible bust of the greatest alien ass-kicker of all-time
- Numbered, limited-edition certificate of authenticity
- 100-page hardcover book: The History, Legacy & Legend: Duke Nukem Forever Art from the Vault
- Duke Nukem Forever postcard series
- Duke Nukem Forever radioactive emblem sticker
- Duke Nukem Forever collectible comic book
- Duke Nukem Forever foldable paper craft
- Duke Nukem Forever poker chips
- Duke Nukem Forever mini-card deck
- Duke Nukem Forever radioactive emblem dice
Would you pay $US100 for this massive piece of Duke Nukem history, or do you prefer your balls on the softer side?

Saturday, February 12, 2011 at 2:23 PMCheck CD WOW. They have the Killzone Helghast Edition (Prob UK or US version) for $170. Free postage. Versus our retail $250. They might get this Duke pack too.

Saturday, February 12, 2011 at 11:58 AMAnd just watch as Australia misses out. Again.

Saturday, February 12, 2011 at 2:11 PMOh god I hope not ‘~’

Saturday, February 12, 2011 at 3:29 PMNope. The game is coming out unscathed in Australia. :D

Saturday, February 12, 2011 at 11:23 PMI think Jordaan is talking about the limited ed package.. seeing as Au occasionally seems to miss out on stuff like that..
Adam Steel
Saturday, February 12, 2011 at 12:37 PM$100US no problem, especially considering that’s actually less in AUD. But I’m sure they’ll make it more like $199 here, and blame the 10% GST for the whole thing.
achmed
Wednesday, June 8, 2011 at 5:08 PM10% GST on $100 would be only $10 dollars not $99 so it should be $110 not $199

Saturday, February 12, 2011 at 12:43 PMOh well, if we miss out on this, looks like I will be importing this.

Saturday, February 12, 2011 at 4:13 PMDamn, that’s a must-have if I’ve ever seen one. Might have to look at importing for a change.

Saturday, February 12, 2011 at 4:47 PMSo the American special edition will cost less than the Australian standard edition… yay Australia

Saturday, February 12, 2011 at 5:40 PMI’ve already put in my preorder for the Balls of Steel Edition on Amazon. If the dollar stays about where it is, it’ll end up costing me about $110 AUD for the PC version (incl. shipping), so only about $10-20 AUD more than it would cost to buy the STANDARD version locally. Plus, this way I have an iron clad guarantee that the game I get is uncensored, rather than Take2′s “Trust us, it’s not censored. No really, trust us. Just cause we keep ripping Aussies off on pricing doesn’t mean we’re liars as well…”

Sunday, February 13, 2011 at 1:33 PMAhhh, it actually ISN’T edited here in Australia.
The OFLC stated that, not just 2k Games.
Also, since you seem to be unaware… 2K Games have NOTHING AT ALL to do with the pricing of the game over here. Despite the fact that the US get the standard release at half our price and our prices really should be lower, it is NOT AT ALL the fault of the people who made the game, but the companies who sell them here.

Saturday, February 12, 2011 at 10:12 PMOMG i want this… some of you may or may not know im a pretty big Duke Nukem fan and i dont care how much EB sells it at im getting this.

i will die of a stroke.

Karl Smart
Sunday, February 13, 2011 at 1:35 PMConsidering that EB Games currently has the standard (just the game) version of Duke Nukem Forever for $98 for PC & $108 for consoles, expect them to get exclusive rights to this edition, and charge $200-$250 for it
CJ
Thursday, February 17, 2011 at 12:10 AMpre ordered and got it for 150ish at EB
MrBS
Sunday, February 13, 2011 at 3:14 PMI’ve already preordered on amazon.com. Good times.
Makroskizhar Demios
Monday, February 14, 2011 at 11:07 AMI was considering doing that too, because the pre-order option on 2k Games website takes you through to Gamestop in America, instead of a pre-order system of their own, which will likely result in an NTSC copy if ordered that way. How can you be sure the copy that Amazon sends out is playable on 360′s here in Australia?

Monday, February 14, 2011 at 11:49 AMI still have the original Duke figurine. I so want this.
