As we reported, along with just about everything else about the game, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 will indeed be hitting on November 8, 2011, according to an Activision press release and last night’s trailer. The release also goes on to say the game is in development by Infinity Ward and Sledgehammer Games. Hmmm, no mention of Raven…

Joe MamaWhy don’t they just release it at a time when Battlefield 3 and Skyrim arn’t coming out? Sure it’ll sell bucketloads, but it seems unnessecary.

Matthewholiday season is not too soon after, it makes more sense to sell it at the same time to maximise profit. if they sold earlier, then people will shift over to other games when they are released before the holidays, or buy it for friends/family over MW3. if they sell it later, there may not be enough time to make such an impact with advertising, and prospect of sales coming on a month later.

andyboring so over cod its the same thing over and over again. not worth more then a map pack and even then thats pushing it
