Friday, July 8, 2011 at 1:16 PMOoh release date mentioned in that video 08.23.2011

Friday, July 8, 2011 at 1:33 PMThat’s the US date. They always release games on Tuesdays, not Thursdays, like we do in Aus. 25th here.

Friday, July 8, 2011 at 2:08 PMSteam store page mentions only the month of August not the exact date of 25th of August. I pre-ordered before they hiked the price, just waiting for that date.

Friday, July 8, 2011 at 1:22 PMNo video here at work, but I’m really keen to hear more about the social aspect. There’s not nearly enough of that in the prerelease hype…

Friday, July 8, 2011 at 1:43 PMIt’s pretty well implemented. The hub areas of Human Revolution are as good as any previous Deus Ex game, if not better.

Friday, July 8, 2011 at 1:37 PMI feel really bad but I have avoided all these videos. I have tried to limit any press for this game. There is enough pressure on this release.

Friday, July 8, 2011 at 2:56 PMOr, far more accurately: “This time round the team discusses combat with a tiny bit talking about the other 3 ‘pillars’ very, very lightly sprinkled in.”
Misleading and disappointing.

Saturday, July 9, 2011 at 6:01 AMYeah, I didn’t even see anything about the other 3 pillars in there beyond one or two times being mentioned off-hand…
The ‘Combat’ pillar is the one I wasn’t interested in learning about at all… Hopefully that’s not a bad sign.

Sunday, July 10, 2011 at 12:09 AMProbably just to encourage people who like to shoot things to give it a go. Everything I have seen suggests that combat for the most part is completely avoidable. I do agree that the title of the video was misleading though, I would like to see more about the other three pillars.
