OK, it might not be one of the best-selling PC franchises that immediately comes to mind, the RollerCoaster Tycoon series has sold more than a million units worldwide, and next year it’s coming to the 3DS.
While it’s never been my cup of tea, the RollerCoaster Tycoon series has captured the hearts of millions of PC gamers over the years with its combination of rollercoaster building and theme park management simulation. People just seem to enjoy that sort of thing. That’s why developer n-space and Atari are teaming up to deliver the unique experience to Nintendo’s 3D handheld.
RollerCoaster Tycoon 3D will feature all of the building and management simulation gameplay that fans know and love, along with an all-new Coaster Story mode, in which players travel the world on a quest to expand their coaster empire.
All of this in eye-straining, stomach churning 3D, because what’s a rollercoaster without a little vomit?

Thursday, September 8, 2011 at 8:53 AMI wonder if they will take the RCT3 or keep to the classic RCT1-2 style of game play…
Personally 1 & 2 where the best in gameplay style :)
Chris Sawyer has always been able to pull off amazing games in my books :)
