I tried out the SBS on Demand and Youtube apps last night, both work really well. I’m especially impressed by SBS though, the layout of the app, and the available content is perfect.

Do you have to pay for any of these extras or does it all come under the Xbox Gold.

ABC and SBS is metered by Bigpond on PC so I would expect the same on Xbox. I think most ISPs meter them.

Many of the US apps work in Aus. Pretty nice. NineMSN needs to be higher quality – seems like 240p sadly. Yet to try out SBS videos as nothings on right now that interests me. Can’t wait for ABC iView :D Sneak peek here: http://www.xbox.com/en-AU/live/ABC/

oh…whoops was meant to say that iView is uncapped on iinet – not sure about the Xbox 360 version although much of Xbox Live is uncapped on iiNet so it should be. Foxtel is uncapped on bigpond – that’s as far as it goes I think.
