It’s not really a 1982 text adventure, but there’s certainly a 1982-esque text adventure version of the game that you can play right on your browser. Or you can try a timed, downloadable version for PC, Mac and Linux.
Though it doesn’t compare to the incredibly tough original iOS game, it’s certainly very charming. The downloadable version can be found here, while the browser version is over here.
