Ubisoft has confirmed reports that Aveline — the bi-racial heroine from Assassin’s Creed III: Liberation — will be jumping from the PlayStation Vita to the PS3 and PS4. The series’ lone female protagonist will be the focus of three missions that will be exclusive to PlayStation platforms.
While the news isn’t as exciting as a full-fledged sequel to Liberation, it’s nice to see that Ubisoft hasn’t totally forgotten about Aveline.

Looks like I’ll have to get this on playstation then!
It really is a shame that the Vita game was what it was. It could have been so much more. All it did was end up feeling like a half arsed iOS game on Vita. Which compared to other Vita games… Is really disappointing. But thats the story of the Vita so far. A hand full of good games, normally made by Sony and the rest are just mobile/ 3DS type games. A Shame.
The vita games that I play that I think would happily run on my DS are a disspointment, but I really liked Liberation. Although, there were certainly areas it could have been improved and I wish developers would give the vita the time of day, and actually make something that utilises its full potential.
Am I the only person that was impressed and completely happy with the Vita AC game and Aveline? It was a full fledged Assassins Creed game. In my hands… Am I the only person that gets that?
What the heck do people expect?
I thought it was better than ac3 myself, the only thing I had a problem with was the decoding thing where you had to hold the camera up to a light & rotate the vita, really didn’t add anything & sometimes was really hard to get adequate light indoors
Yeah, that light thing was apain in the ass, it seemd a bit trail and error for me. And don’t get me started on that freakin ball rolling maze thing. that had me seething.
The ball maze? I found that rather simple, as I recall I got it under the time limit on my first go
There’s a joke about my being really good at playing with balls but I’m too mature to make it
Barely
Lol, well, I’m not as well practiced. It wasn’t that it was hard per se, it should have been quite simple. But it was glitchy as fuck. As in, the ball not rolling in the correct direction, clipping through the walls etc. I wasn’t the only one with this problem.
I’d take Aveline as a protagonist over Connor McWhineypants any day.
