Digital artist Little Miss Paintbrush drew and transformed all the major Studio Ghibli characters into the most charming form possible. They look spectacular together.
Without Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind though — it was created before Ghibli — it feels a bit incomplete.

I can’t name any.
I got Totoro from My Neighbour Totoro, Kiki from Kiki’s Delivery Service and No-Face from Spirited Away, but I don’t know that many of the characters names even if I recognise the movie they’re from, like The cat Returns, Princess Mononoke, Porco Rosso, etc.
Porco Rosso one is Porco Rosso
I haven’t seen it so I didn’t realise that was his actual name.
I have seen it, but probably 8 or 9 years ago so I couldn’t remember his name.
I really enjoyed it, you should watch it.
I can only name the ones whose names are in the movie title (Totoro, Kiki, Mononoke, Yamada, Sen/Chihiro, Howl, Ponyo, Arietty)
I can recognise all of the films except 1986, 1991 (whispers of the heart?), 1995, and 2006.
Here I was thinking I was a Ghibli fan.
Edit: I remember now that Sophie is the girl with Howl.
Thanks for reminding me of Grave of the Fireflies….
/goes into fetal position crying. “They’ll be ok, they’ll be ok…”
Such a sad film.
I only have Miyazaki’s films, edit the image to have only them and then we’ll talk, k?
Seen and own all of them! Well, besides tge last one… Laputa, Grave of the Fireflies, Totoro, Kiki’s Delivery Service, Only Yeaterday, Porco Roso, Pom Poko, Whisper of the Heart, Princess Mononoke, My Neighbours the Yamadas, Spirited Away, Howell’s Moving Castle, Earthsea, Ponyo, Arietty. I know that the last one is Up On Poppy Hill, but I haven’t seen it yet. NZ release date in another week 🙂
No love for Ocean Waves? 😉
I know it’s not a movie, but they should’ve had a Ni no Kuni one too 🙂
Ocean Waves was quite good indeed, and who could forget the infamous slap! Not cool bro!!
Ahh, who could forget a slap like that :p Ocean Waves needs more recognition! It’s like the forgotten younger brother of the Ghibli family, but it was a lot more relatable and realistic than the others. I’d go so far as to say Its one of my favourite ghiblis 🙂
