All Safety Posters Should Star Snake Plissken

First aid posters are a common sight in New York City restaurants. Occasionally you get really tastefully designed posters (like this one by Alex Holden), but they rarely knock your socks off. Today was an exception.

I spotted the poster below at Gimme! Coffee on Mott street in New York. It was drawn by artist Philip Ashworth out of Brooklyn, and depicts Snake Plissken of Escape from New York doing what he does best: Administering first aid to choking victims in an efficient and safe manner.

Seriously, Department of Health, can we please make these posters standard-issue?
